For over 25 years, George has been helping business owners and real estate investors find and obtain business loans and commercial mortgages. From owning and running several businesses, buying & selling investment real estate, and from being a part-time CFO for startups and growing small and medium sized businesses, George knows firsthand the challenges business owners & real estate investors face on a daily basis. Their biggest challenge is getting access to capital in the form of business & real estate loans.
As an independent commercial loan broker, George works with entrepreneurs and business owners to finance equipment, provide factoring or invoice financing of receivables, obtain purchase order financing to fulfill larger than normal customer orders, provide 100% financing for “total technology solutions” (software, hardware, services, maintenance, and training), financing for the purchase of a business or buyout of a business partner, mortgages for commercial real estate or investment property, or re-financing of existing debt.
To find the right type of financing to fit the situation at hand, George uses a wide range of funding sources that extend beyond your local banks. He acts as part diplomat, part banker, part business person, and part negotiator to present alternatives to conventional loans, as there is no “one size fits all” solution when it comes to business or real estate financing.
